When you drink a lot of water, your body is able to flush away all of the extra toxins in your body. The less toxins you have in your body, the better off you are going to be. So be sure to keep yourself safe and toxin free. Try to eat as much fiber as you can, and stay away from fatty foods. These are your overall best options.
